At Poulette we live life large, celebrating all things around great food, shared with friends & family, along with a side of feel-good vibes. We bring to you a new neighbourhood local set in the heart of Forster, where a seriously delicious rotisserie chicken experience awaits.
French retro charm, classic nostalgia and style effortlessly aligns with our Poulette cooking philosophy, which is inspired by using premium quality and locally sourced produce cooked to perfection over our custom designed spit… cluck a’licous!
We’re all about our guests having a whole lot of fun with the experience, and with the rotisserie and kitchen on show, and our friendly team delivering it to you with bundles of charm, it’s all about enjoying the simplicity of the food through the quality of the ingredients – from our home to yours.

Our sharing menu for groups of 10+ covers all the best sides and salads along with the star of the show – our hot, juicy, and mighty delicious chooks, making it super easy to gather for a Poulette style feast!)
